We are looking for a Mid/Senior-level UI Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our in-house design team. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in B2B and enterprise environments, with a strong focus on creating thoughtful, user-friendly interfaces for complex systems.
You will collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams, support the evolution of our design system, and ensure high-quality user experiences across our product. While this role is design-first, having some development skills will be a strong advantage.

- Build interactive prototypes to support usability testing and research.
- Design system ownership
- Maintain and evolve the design system (based on Elastic UI).
- Collaborate with engineers to document and align design standards, ensuring consistency across the product.
- Collaboration & handoff
- Work side-by-side with engineers to bring designs into production, ensuring a smooth design-to-development process.
- Provide detailed specifications, assets, and guidance to support implementation
- Quality assurance
- Participate in QA by conducting design reviews and ensuring delivered features align with the intended design vision.
- Identify and help resolve UI/UX inconsistencies or issues.
- Cross-team contribution
- Partner with product managers and researchers to understand requirements and user needs.
- Contribute to a culture of design excellence, knowledge sharing, and iterative improvement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a UI Designer, preferably in-house within B2B or enterprise product teams.
- Proficiency in Figma and related design/prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design.
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams; familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS or React) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong eye for detail and consistency in design.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
