Role Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Strategic Presales: Partner with GSI sales and presales teams to architect Avantra-based solutions that effectively address end-customer challenges across complex SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, RISE, BTP, SaaS). Demonstrate and articulate Avantra's unique value proposition, specifically focusing on our AIOps platform capabilities.

• Partner Enablement & Technical Training: Lead enablement programs for partner solution, offering, and delivery teams, including hands-on technical training and workshops (e.g., Avantra University). Empower partners to design, deploy, and manage Avantra solutions independently, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Business Case & ROI Modeling: Build data-driven ROI templates, business cases, and detailed proposal documents for complex sales pursuits. Analyze customer metrics (e.g., ticket volumes, SLA compliance, operational drag) to quantify the financial and operational impact of Avantra’s automation and observability features.

• Technical Advocacy & Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge between Avantra's engineering/product teams and our partners. Support proof-of-concept activities, resolve complex technical queries, and provide architectural guidance during the sales cycle to accelerate deal velocity.

• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and share best practices, case study insights, and competitive positioning strategies with the partner ecosystem to enhance the overall quality of joint solutioning.
